Graduated motor transport officers school in 1968. Went straight to Viet Nam where I served with 9th Motors in Dong Ha and Quang Tri. Later was MTO for 4th Bn 12th Marines on Okinawa. Last duty was as MTO for 2nd Recon Bn at Camp Lejuene.

Motor T school in Camp Del Mar in mid 1986. Served with both Truck and Transport Companies while with 8th MTBN from 86-88, MWSS-173/4 in Kaneohe Bay but assigned to MAG HQ from 88-92, H&HS, 9th Motors during Operation Desert Shield/Storm in 91. ETS'd in 92, joined Army National Guard in 97 and retiring as an Infantry Company First Sergeant in less than 60 days with 3 combat tours in SWA. Miss the good ol' days with the Corps in Camp Del Mar, Oceanside, K-Bay and yes, even Camp LeJuene.
